For this maternity session by the beach, I suggested something a little different—black outfits to contrast beautifully with the soft sand and sky. The couple loved the idea and gladly went with it, and it turned out even better than I imagined.

The clean, modern look of their black clothing against the light, natural backdrop made everything feel bold yet still soft and timeless. We shot just before sunset, and the golden light added the perfect glow.

Sometimes a little contrast brings out the magic in a new way—and this session was the perfect example.
